I've coached youth, high school, junior college, college and professional football for over 48 years! I spent 21 years as the Head Coach in the Arena Football League, posting 170 career wins. Guided Chicago Rush to the Arena Bowl XX title in 2006. Inducted into the AFL Hall of Fame in 2012. Inducted into the University of Minnesota Gophers Hall of Fame in 2000. I earned a spot on the All-American Strength Team while playing Quarterback at Minnesota.

 

     I played in the 1982 Hula Bowl College All-Star Game. 2016 I was inducted into the Mt. San Antonio Junior College Hall of Fame. I’m also a member of the Rowland HS Hall of Fame. I played professionally in the NFL (Bears), USFL and Canadian Football League in addition to the AFL.
